Do it's. In research that it's proofs that the fruits and some vegetables juice  are good for your health and maintain figure and to glow the face.A healthy face is seen  in a healthy body.

To maintain healthy body to healthy face need diet plan in daily routing.

Ist diet plan
 breakfast

Apple
 you take daily one apple in morning after toothpaste specially in summer and in winter it's take in sunny days  daily.

Green tea
After apple you take  one cup green coffin  in distance of one hour.

Bread / chapati with vegetables

You take 3 to 4 pices of bread or chapati with green vegitables. You also need one cup milk to maintain your proper diet. You may take one cup juice in place of milk but it's not good regularly basis. In regular basis you need milk  for proper diet plan .You can take one more glass of juice but it's not good take  daliy. If you are vegetarian daily one glass of juice and one bowl vegetarian soup is    sufficient for your attractive figure.

2nd diet plan
Lunch

You may take rice or chapati as you desired.
Pulses are lot of protin so one bowl  pulses needed for your good health. Green vegetables you may included in your lunch.its good for health. One cup juice may take before lunch if you have forgotten  to drink its in breakfast. 

3rd diet plan
Dinner

During night you simply take two to three bread or chapati or one bowl rice with pulses as you need include. Vegetables also included as desired. In sleeping time you may take a cup of hot milk regularly . This is the perfect diet plan for vegeterian to maintain good health.।।
