 Many peoples are switching themselves from nonvegetarian foods to vegetarian foods, after seeing many advantages of being a pure vegetarian. It’s a good practice as we have recently seen covid-19 and many life-threatening diseases. 


Veggies, fruits, serials, and other vegetarian foods are packed with Vitamins and other nutrients. Those people who regularly do workouts, and have some goals of muscle gaining or fat loss, sometimes have a misconception that vegetarian foods cannot fulfill their protein requirement.


So today I am going to share my meal plan with you guys, I am a pure vegetarian, and I am following this meal plan to gain muscle.
